Hey there!
Call me Mother Theresa San Luis “Story” Teller, a stigma fighting role model for people with mental illness.
I am a mother of twins and a pastor’s wife. I have a journalism background and graduated with a B.A. in English and music from the University of Notre Dame.
I am a songwriter, and I play the viola and piano. I am a story teller, a joke teller, and a prayer warrior
I have schizoaffective thoughts disorder. I get OCD symptoms, anxiety, panic attacks and delusions.
I have had hallucinations, paranoia, disjointed thoughts and heard voices.
I choose to take the high road and live with integrity and honor. I choose to remain positive with a good attitude. I choose to have joy and bring joy to others because, after all, the handful of jokes I say a day can outweigh the negative feelings.
I refuse to give up. I refuse to dwell on the pains. I refuse to let toxic people affect me. I refuse to accept the stigma related to my illness. I can be strong. I can be wise. I have ability though I have a disability.
Please let me be of service to you for you to read and see what I have to say. It just might help someone.
